About Me
I’ve spent 12 years in vocational ministry, most recently as a lead pastor in a large church. I've repeatedly watched high-capacity leaders in ministry and in the marketplace quietly carry more than they should alone, often wondering what they're missing in the lonely journey of leadership.
My experience has taught me that leaders don't need more answers...they need better spaces to process, hear from God, and lead from a place of closeness with God not toward one.
This mastermind exists to provide a place where clarity, integrity, and formation can actually happen — slowly, honestly, and together. Most people are not called to vocational ministry, but every Jesus follower is called to steward their lives for the purposes of the Kingdom stewarding all they've been entrusted for His glory. My desire is to help you do that, and I'm excited to see how God works through this experience to continue the formational work He's been doing your entire life. Welcome to Unfinished.
